Bespoke Pilates sessions with Bridget

We start by determining what your goals may be in the long and short term, then we work together to assess what the key areas to work on may be in order for you to achieve your goals.

Whilst we work towards whatever specific long-term goals you have; each session will aim to mentally build confidence in movement and promote ease, strength and resilience within the physical body.

My background in Anatomy, Physiology, Massage, Bodywork and years of experience teaching Pilates to people from all walks of life provides me with a multi-faceted approach that can lend extra support and assistance where required.

Working within the Pilates Studio environment with the help of the Equipment you will quickly be able to realise and achieve better alignment, balance, control and ease of movement which is directly transferable to your everyday life; whether you are an athlete, dancer, teacher, student, office worker, mum, dad or grandparent… or a blend of all of these!

What to expect

A 1:1 Pilates session is moulded specifically to each individuals requirements.

The first session will always include a Client Consultation during which your reasons for attending are discussed and relevant details of health & exercise history are covered.

You will be asked to fill out a Client Enrolment Form prior to your session.

Each session is an hour, wear clothes that are comfortable and easy to move in.

The Studio Equipment

The Pilates Studio Equipment is famous worldwide for helping to build the lean, lithe and strong physiques of many well-known actors and actresses and celebrities.   

Each 1:1 session can include a mixture of Matwork, use of the spring based Pilates Equipment such as The Reformer, The Cadillac or Tower and The WundaChair  and the use of accessories such as Balls, Bands and Rollers. The use of the Equipment facilitates progress through assisting with feedback so you can develop your own awareness of alignment and control and can be used by both experienced Pilates bodies and those just starting.
