“Bridget is simply amazing. Her eye for detail and incredible knowledge of human biomechanics mean that the sessions are tailored to me and are never the same. I have arrived frazzled and barely able to move at times and left with a new lease of life!”

Body Control Pilates began in 1996 with a mission to make the benefits of the Pilates method accessible to everyone. It is now Europe’s largest professional Pilates organisation with well over 1,400 teaching members. All members work to a Code of Practice governing teaching standards, professional ethics and continuing education. This ensures that teachers continue to build their own skills and knowledge on an ongoing basis.
The Body Control Pilates training combines the teachings of the original Pilates method with the latest relevant research and developments concerning the body, mind and movement.
